We desperately need members to invest their time going door to door for non-member homes in the neighborhood between July 8 and July 30. Members will be paired with a board member and will be provided membership packets and a suggested communication sheet (what to say)

We are presently short on members who have signed up to cut the grass at the CEBIA properties. We need members to volunteer in advance (for planning and organizational purposes) for grass cutting.

Every Friday from June through August the Association will host a bonfire gathering for our community at the beach.

In the month of June all families are welcome from the neighborhood (if your neighbors are not members invite them down to join the fun).

The months of July and August will be open to members only.

The official start is at 7PM. Of course you are welcome to come early and cook out!

The grill will be ready with charcoal for your use if you want to cook your dinner at the beach. We will have volley ball, horseshoes, and perhaps a few other yard games available as well. (bring your favorite yard game to play with others)

It is recommended to bring your own camping chairs to gather around the fire as well.
