  • 1500 Sq. feet fully finished and recently updated
  • Kitchen & Bar Area
  • Full Basement
  • 8 ft. tables and chairs free with rental
    • five 8' tables fit across the main floor of the club house
    • there are additional tables for basement if needed
  • Up to 10 (8-foot) picnic tables outside free with rental
  • Beach Access for your guests that day
  • Sand Volleyball
  • Children’s play area
  • Parking area
  • 20'x40' Party tent available (additional $250)
PRICING:
  • We have 4 pricing categories:
    • Seasonal / Non-Seasonal
    • CEBIA Member / Non-Member
  • Tent is an additional $250, regardless of season or membership

Check the calendar below for dates that are available to rent. We rent one calendar year at a time. For example, if you would like to rent for a June 2026 Graduation party, rental opens January 2026.
Once you have chosen your date, fill out the inquiry form below. This does not secure your date. The Rental Chairperson will reach out to you to secure your date and with the next steps.
