Summer is underway and I just wanted to provide a quick update on happenings at the beach and reminders.
- At the Spring meeting an decision to proceed with a new seawall was voted on resulting in an assessment of $260 due by August 31,2014. (option 1 from the letter) The company that was awarded the bid is American Marine. Please make all checks payable to CEBIA. Please Contact Bob Miljan with your payment (or you can pay on our Square Market place via VISA and MasterCard ) – permits have been filed, work is expected to begin in the fall and we will keep you updated as it progresses.
- The Pig Roast is just around the corner on July 26, 2014. Fun Begins at 2 – flyer is attached. Volunteers needed! Please call a board member to volunteer – we need help with the Pig, children’s games, set-up and clean up.
